SHIPPING POLICY
All domestic orders ship Fed-Ex ground or home delivery for a flat rate of $5 -$15.00. Additional charges do apply for 2-day or overnight orders. For international orders, a flat rate will be added for shipping of $25.00 USD and any applicable duty rates as well.

RETURN POLICY
OMG! Why would you want to? Just in case you decide to return, we understand if you change your mind. Mersur accepts returns for items in original unworn condition, tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of order date for a full refund, exchange, or credit. Please email orders@mersur.com for a return invoice. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Your item costs will be refunded but shipping costs are non-refundable. CUSTOMER CARE
Here at Mersur, we recommend washing 100% cotton garments in cold water by hand or gentle cycle, hang dry and use light iron or steam. Cottongarments can also be dry cleaned. For silk or silk blends we recommend dry clean only. Twilly Bracelets, wash silk by hand in woolite or dry clean.
